Helicon Focus Lite = Helicon Focus Lite license

Helicon Focus Pro Package = Helicon Focus Pro license + Helicon Remote for desktop computers (Windows, Mac OS X)

Helicon Focus Premium Package = Helicon Focus Pro license + Helicon Remote multi-platform (Windows, Mac OS X, Android, iOS)

Please note that the program is in Pro version during the trial period. Lite version will have limited functionality as compared to the trial version, for instance, saving to .dng and retouching is not available with Lite license. Please check the full list of Pro and Lite features when choosing the license type.

One year license is valid during one year after purchase and reverts to demo mode afterwards.

Lifetime license is valid for lifetime, all updates are free.

VAT and taxes are not included and will be added at the checkout.

Upgrades

1-year license can be upgraded to 1-year license of a different type during the first 3 months from the 1st registration.

1-year license can be upgraded to lifetime license during the term of validity of the 1-year license and during 1 month upon its expiration.

Refund policy

30-Day Refund: you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase if the software license has already been registered.

60-Day Refund for Unregistered Licenses: if your license remains unregistered, you are eligible for a refund up to 60 days from the purchase date.

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@heliconsoft.com with your order details.

All payments are processed by well known international online stores - MyCommerce (Germany) or PayPro (Canada). The stores accept the major credit card types, orders by phone and fax in many countries, checks, wire transfer, PayPal, Giropay.
